Order book

In shortThe live list of all buy (bid) and sell (ask) orders for a trading pair, sorted by price.

The order book shows how much can be bought or sold at each price. A "thin" book has few orders and means bigger slippage. Most centralized exchanges and some DEXs use order books; others use AMMs.
